Where is the date on my old banknote from Belgium?

Question by Ryan H: Where is the date on my old banknote from Belgium?
It looks to be from the 1940′s but I can’t seem to fans a single date on it. It is tan and redish ink. On the left are two people from the side profile. It is a banque national 20 vinct francs.
